Big things often have small beginnings, whether it’s the beginning of the year, a season, a day, new job, new love or a new relationship.
A new beginning isn’t always the easiest thing to deal with. In fact, it usually is exciting, scary and packed with emotion. For there to be a new beginning, first something must end. The end of a chapter, a story, and era in your life. This can be difficult to cope with, especially if you feel that the end came too soon, or worse, should never have even come.
That’s why it is key to focus on the positive, to stay away from negative thoughts and overcome the fear of the unknown. Remember that a new beginning is an opportunity, one that not everyone is lucky enough to have. An opportunity to start fresh. Change yourself for the better. Reinvent yourself. Let go of past demons. Every new beginning comes from some other new beginning’s end. It’s the circle of life. It’s inevitable, so embrace it and make the best of it all.
A new beginning is a chance. Don’t waste it. You never know when the next new beginning will come along.
